Yoga Faith

Join us for gentle yoga and movement to benefit balance, strength, flexibility, recovery, and harmony. Bring your mat or use one provided. Or you may use a chair for support. Each session will include The Serenity Prayer and reading of scriptures. 6:30-7:30 pm Mondays, Multi-purpose room.

Instructor: Clay  Description: 3.3 Strength is a class based on full body strength building that introduces hypertrophy through 7 exercises that are 3 1/2 minutes long. This is based upon the principle of time under tension. The class is for everyone. Proper form is instructed and monitored to have max benefit to the exercises.
