Instructor: Clay  Description: 3.3 Strength is a class based on full body strength building that introduces hypertrophy through 7 exercises that are 3 1/2 minutes long. This is based upon the principle of time under tension. The class is for everyone. Proper form is instructed and monitored to have max benefit to the exercises.

Instructor: SherryClass Description: SilverSneakers Circuit offers standing low-impact moves that alternate with standing upper-body strength. The class can be adapted for all fitness levels.

Zumba Toning

Instructor: EricaDescription: Follow the same party-inspired principles of an original Zumba class, but with a little added resistance to help tone and sculpt the body. In a Zumba Toning class you'll use very lightweight maraca-style shaker hand weights called Zumba toning sticks.

Fundamental Lift

Instructor: ClayDescription: This class will focus on the three main lifts bench press, deadlift, and squats, plus focus on proper form and mobility through the moves. This class will construct of 15 minutes of stretching followed by 30 minutes of lifting.
