Instructor: Jennifer Description: Cycle Strong is a 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors. Roll over hills, chase the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains and sprint to the finish. You’ll feel the thrill of energetic music and group dynamics as you get all the benefits of authentic interval training.

There are multiple stations that combine functional resistance and cardiovascular training to give you a full-body workout—the perfect combination for strengthening your heart and muscles.

Multi-Purpose Room

Instructor: SherryDescription: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance.

Cycle Strong

Instructor: ShellyClass Description: High-intensity interval training full-body workout, with timed intervals with heart-thumping music designed to motivate and move you.

YOGA

Instructor: Louise Description: This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system.
