Instructor: ShellySpots: 19Description: We combine 30 minutes of intensity, challenge, strength-building, and stamina in this class for advanced students. An interval training workout. This class takes you on a great ride and adds strength and endurance moves for the upper and lower body.

Total Body Cycle

Instructor: ShellySpots: 19Description: Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance.
