Tone & Tighten with Chelsea

If you’re looking to tone and tighten while feeling the burn this routine provides it all!  This workout combines the benefits of both barre and pilates, which are designed to straighten, define, lift, and elongate muscles while providing a total body workout. These classes will also build strength, improve flexibility, stability, and build a stronger core PLUS burn A TON of calories! I promise if you stick with it that these simple yet effective moves with have you seeing results quickly!
