Thank you for spending your special day at the Ashland Family YMCA! Here are a few things you should know before using our facility:

* You may set up your party room 1 hour before the rental begins and have 30 minutes to clean up afterward.

* Pool, gymnastics, or sports activities must be completed first before your hour in the party room.

* A 50% deposit is due at the time of the approved rental with the balance due 10 days prior to rental date.

* Cancellations must be made in person 10 days in advance or you forfeit 50% of your deposit.

Once the above terms have been read, I do agree to finalizing a party here at the Ashland Family YMCA.
