SILVERSNEAKERS®
The SilverSneakers® Fitness Program is offered in partnership with select health plans at no additional cost to the eligible members ages 65 years and older. Any eligible participant is entitled to a basic membership to the Ashland Family YMCA. This membership includes participation in the SilverSneakers® classes, other classes offered by the YMCA, guidance from qualified instructors and the use of the YMCA facilities.
